I read this today and the same thing happened to me at Outback last Saturday... I was trying to order fucking Coconut Shrimp and all of a sudden I hit a hard block. I struggled to get my whole order out and after then waiter left, I felt like I looked mentally handicapped. Outback, a stutterer's least favorite restaurant.
