Got 3 kids. None stutter. While there may be a genetic component to stuttering, don’t let that stop you and your partner from building the family you want together. And like another poster in here said, I’m the only one in my family that stutters. So genetics ain’t everything. Also, based off statistics, it has been found that women are less likely to “pass” stuttering on to their kids.
