Practice the speech. Don't read it. Know it. Practice the presentation. Don't worry about getting every single word out as written. Your focus should be communicating the content. Get access to the space you'll be presenting and practice in that room. If the room is normally locked, ask for this accommodation. Use the space in the room. Your feet aren't nailed to the ground. Move around while you present. Think about your teachers. Do they not use their space?
