What is your go to word to get you out of a block?

What is your go to word to get you out of a block? Like for example you're mid way through a sentence and you get stuck on a word, do any of you put a new word in front of the word you're stuck on, so you can carry on the sentence with ease? I have one and it's "fucking".. yeah I don't know why.. but it makes me sound like a thug or something when some random person is talking to me and I say my name is.. my name is fucking blah blah blah.. I'm here to buy some.. I'm here to buy some fucking Christmas presents. I already have a "I'm going to beat the shit out of you and murder your family" resting look on my face, so I probably look a violent asshole, then I insert "fucking" everywhere.. Maybe I should just embrace the thug life.. I guess I'm the chosen one. Harry Stutter and the Philosophers fucking stone.
