Is your school helping you with you stutter? Do your teachers help you? Stutter isn't a "brain deficiency". Speech therapy can certainly help. It's one of the things that are known to be able to help. Can your school help you get some speech therapy? What about your parents? Do you talk to them about stuttering? Can they help you get some speech therapy? Do your friends know what stuttering is? Have you tried talking to them about it?
