First, I just want to clarify the word "work" I used; by "work" I meant working on overcoming stuttering. Second, I have a third plan, and I'm almost certain it will work for you: speak very slowly. If you can't do this, On the street and with people, apply it to reading at home and slow down a little outside the house. I was shocked when you said you tried everything, but I repeat my question: Is this true? Have you tried everything I mentioned in my first comment and it didn't work?،By "applying," I mean you should do it for at least 15 days to notice a change. I feel sorry for you; there might be a psychological reason behind it! I'd like another way to contact you if you're a man.
