I took part many years ago and been to a few courses since. Once you learn the techniques, you will feel brilliant and amazing, however, you have to be so strict with yourself, the use of the techniques and the daily breathing exercises and phone coaching. I went off the boil with it two years ago and relapsed to a point where I am now worse than before because Iām trying to do the stuff I was taught but not only doing it wrong, panicking as a result and thus making it ten times worse. It is worthwhile and will change your life. I hope to eventually go on another course and get myself back to that point again. No matter how apprehensive you are when you first arrive, trust the coaches š
