Always worth a shot! Personally I find it a red flag if the speech therapist only teaches you techniques and/or thinks techniques will solve your stutter. However techniques work for some people so might not be the worst. I also think it’s a red flag if they force fluency on you, or have a judging view on your stutter and secondary behaviors.
