Just know that you are not alone and this one moment of your life is so minuscule compared to rest of your life. I am 42 years old and have bombed interviews during which I was unable to get my points across. And that’s okay. I believe it helps to talk to someone about it. My advice would be to find ways to calm yourself down. I avoid drinking caffeine, which makes me jittery and can impact my speech. Sleep at least 8+ hours a day and that may make some difference. Find ways to reduce your anxiety before interviews. Practice interviews more than usual. Practice, practice and then practice some more. The little things you do will add up. Pop a beta blocker half hour before the interview to calm yourself. Know that you are not alone. It happens to so many of us. And never ever give up because you will get there eventually. I’m happy to get on a call with you if you need a support system and some extra motivation.
