i’m 17 and i can kinda relate, i’m sure you’ve heard this before but you should try to put yourself out there step by step! i’m trying to take this advice myself lmao, but just be unapologetically yourself, try your best to not back out of situations and KNOW that you belong in social spaces, our stutter is a part of us and all we can do is bring that with us when we’re showing people the other amazing parts of ourselves! due to my age i’m not really an expert on adult social spaces, but i hope this advice helps a bit :) (i’m also trying daily 5 minute meditation to calm my nerves, so maybe you could try dive into all that stuff too)
