Hey guys just wanted to tell you guys my problems and maybe you can help? I am pretty sure I don't have a stutter, but i definitely have some sort of speech disorder. I tend to talk extremely fast, but most of the things I say are difficult to understand. There are certain words I just physically cant say such as the word "can". When I am talking to someone, even my closest friends, those certain words will physically not come out of my mouth. You can obviously see why this is so impairing, as the word "can" is such a common word. It's not just the word "can" its most words that start with the letter c. I tried researching my specific problem, but it appears as if I am the only one suffering with this. Also beginning my sentences with a word is extremely difficult, I have to start every phrase with so......., or uh........, or im......, if I do start with a word I have the same "blockage" as I mentioned before. Talking slowly never helps, It really sucks to have to say never mind in the middle of my sentences because of a blockage, if anyone knows whats going on please help. It sucks being quiet all the time.
