Every increase in dosage prob leads to the feeling of starting on square 1 again. Every time I have increased dosage on an SSRI I get increased anxiety along with feeling jittery, until the phase passes and I feel better. What Im saying is, dont rule out the factor of worse stuttering due to temp worsened wellbeing.
