It's good you are seeking therapy. Maybe medication would also ease your anxiety issues. Just remember the rules for being a student - exercise, diet, studying, and sleep. Pretty much in that order. You've got to take care of yourself first and get that in order. Friends follow after that. Just remember everyone is going through something. They might look like they have it all together, but they don't. No one does. Another thing to look up is the concept of "be here now". It could change your life.
