Aaaaaannnnd, it somehow got worse :/

Aaaaaannnnd, it somehow got worse :/ So, I randomly developed a stutter one day, first it was the beginning of every sentence, with a weird tic, and now it's like every other word. I didn't even know you could develop a stutter at 14. If it gets any worse, I might actually die XD. Any help? For it getting worse?
