Hi I've used it. It works by copying a high pitched version of your voice to fill in sounds as you're talking. I'm sure everyone has experienced a phone call in which you hear a delayed high pitched version of your voice- it sounds exactly like that. The idea is that stutterers speak better when there is background noise.
