Anyone else more fluent with marijuana?

Anyone else more fluent with marijuana? 24M here, and call me crazy but I swear that when I put THC in my system (usually a weed pen I bought in LA, not all forms of THC help me) that I actually speak much more fluently. I know I’ve seen research saying that THC usually increases disfluencies and anxiety, but for me for some reason it has always helped me a great deal. I’m also ADD, so I think it just slows down my thoughts and lets me get into a rhythm. My family, GF, and close friends all have attested to this, and I’m just wondering if I’m alone in this, or if I’m making something up. Thoughts?
