I had to sign up to the dentist and was asked my name and it was a struggle. The receptionist said it was fine. I just started laughing and shaking my head as it hasn't been that difficult for a while. End result. I signed up to the dentist. That receptionist is never going to forget me. I went to Pizza Hut to collect a pizza 18 months ago. Couldn't say my name to save my life. Eventually got it out. Now whenever I go the guy sees me walk in. "Rokkitt! I'll get your pizza for you!" What is worst case if/when you stutter on the bus? It might be a bit embarrassing. Let's me honest, if you mess it up the first time they will remember you and you wont need to say it on the way back. The end result is having fun at the game. As others have said, breathing, prolonging sounds, just practicing saying your name with a certain cadence JiiiimmmySmith all can help. Generally though... you stutter. It sucks. Try to look at your achievements rather than the momentary difficulty. It made me happier in the long run.
