My daughter used this service and we loved the therapist but the billing department was HORRIBLE. They gave an expectation of what our payments would be, which was fine and we paid them for several months while my child received speech therapy.  She "graduated" from speech therapy last December and all was fine... until July when they told me someone in billing made an error somewhere and we still owed literally hundreds of dollars!!  I asked to run it through insurance again which they claimed to have done, and said we still owed the money. Supposedly they applied a discount and set up a payment plan for us.  If not for the awful billing I would gave recommended thus company, but now I'd advise people to steer clear, which is a shame.
