Stammering is often situational or context specific. I’m not surprised to hear what you describe. School was particularly difficult for me..I imagine the anticipation of being asked to say your name was a source of stress…the build up, the worry, the dread…. Thankfully these experiences don’t tend to happen too often, ie saying your name out loud on day 1…give yourself a pat on the back. Well done.. Keep us posted how you get on
