I am an adult with a professional job. In my case, I let my manager knew about my stutter and he makes sure that I am not put in the spotlight to present or even say my name during the introductions. For me, it's a blessing because I specifically asked him to accommodate my stutter. It's awkward for me not being able to say my own damn name.
