I tried Abilify, started at 2.5mg and went up to 5mg in about 2 weeks. I had to stop taking it because I was getting blurry vision and not enough improvement in fluency to excuse that side effect. 30mg is a VERY high dose and is the threshold for conditions like schizophrenia and bipolar mania. Personally, I wouldn’t go above 15mg but of course, discuss with your psychiatrist on what’s best for you.
