So yeah this happens to me often. Sometimes I speak so fluently that even I am surprised, sometimes I can't get the words out. This happens when I am talking to my family or friends. But I noticed one thing, when I think that I am about to stutter I do, but when I don't think about stuttering at all I speak very fluently
