I have been doing various fluency shaping exercises e.g.pausing, speaking slow , light contacts , flexible rate etc Also meditating every day without fail and facing my anxiety every day ! I try to do things first that my mind is trying to avoid sometimes the blocks come out of nowhere but i try not to let my mood get affected or overthink why it happened.
