Just curious

Just curious How many of you go to a speech tutor/therapist or whatever you want to call them. I am mainly curious on people outside of school where you see a speech person during class. I am curious whether I should go to one when I reach beyond the age where I am not given one from school, where the responsibility is on me. Where would you find one and how much do they charge usually? Thanks. Sorry if the question is phrased weirdly. I don't mind rephrasing to clarify the question if necessary.
