But get this Aidan, planing the whole conversation that you say, it's actually what in my opinnion sets the all thing on (stuttering) because , speech, (normal speech) is spontanious , it's something that just happens , you talk and that's it, it's like walking you don't think how to walk, you just walk... in my personal experience , i too antecipate what i'm about to say, it's something we all stutters do, i don't know why, but we do... I already talked to my mum and my family about the way they think when they talk ,and a speech therapist said that to me, in my opinnion the most plausible theory about why stuttering happens... btw why do you say "it's tough but not as tough as you think" it's fucking tough man i want to say alot of things but i can't, i have alot of close friends , like alot ... but i feel like i could be even a better friend and person if my speech was better , more fluent thx for the answer :)
