Which Magnesium did you use? Not the cheap Mag Oxide type was it? You need to use Glycinate or L-Threonate for maximum absorption across the blood brain barrier. There’s so many different varieties of Mag. Be careful which one you use. I’m finding minimising dopamine spikes from the foods I eat is helping a great deal. I also read aloud daily to help rewire the speech motor network for improved fluency. The brain has amazing neuroplasticity.
