Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Stuttering in PTSD Patients Just wrote this paper on psychogenic stuttering in PTSD patients and how EMDR can help This is a personal issue for me as a second year clinical psychology student as ive struggled with psychogenic stuttering practically ever since i could talk and after getting diagnosed with c-ptsd and getting on SNRIs and starting EMDR therapy my stuttering went down significantly, this lead me to see if it was correlation or causation
