The first step would be stop thinking of yourself as your worst enemy. It is quite natural that you think about stuttering. Pretty much everyone on this subreddit have had/is going through that. The next step would be to accept your stuttering and figure out how to be an entertaining and effective speaker despite your stuttering. Speech therapy can help you in this regard as can practicing public speaking - I would recommend joining a toastmasters club for the latter.
