My wishful thinking makes me believe that the cause of it is my consistant training with my friend. The reality is that I don't really know. I've noticed that I started to use the techniques, that I had learnt during my speech therapy last summer, much more frequently and I am not ashamed of using them. The anger and embarrasment that I felt and promised to myself that I will never feel this way again really helped me with getting my act together.
