I can totally understand your situation. I think you should try to practise your breathing and not overthink what you'll say as that's when I find I stutter the most too. I find talking out loud when alone helps too. Its really trial and error but I pray you find a technique to manage your stutter. There's also a guy called Lee Lovett who's helped so many stuttering individuals as yourself. He's got a book on amazon and also does live videos. I was recommended him by a couple of lovely reddit users on here and he is definitely good.
