Taking steps towards reducing my overall anxiety combined with practicing fluency techniques is how I became much more fluent. For anxiety / stress reduction, I: make sure I get enough sleep, meditate 3x a week, take 400 mg of L-Theanine (2x200mg) daily and \~50mg of full spectrum CBD daily. For fluency techniques I use "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" by Malcom Fraser.
