I made a comment without reading the full post, sorry about that. "Use your words" can definitely be counter productive: as stutterers we're TRYING to use our words, and as she gets older she may think you just don't believe that she's trying. The absolute best thing you can do, is smile and be patient. Don't seem like you want to rush her and hurry up, encourage her as she's little ("you can do it, I'm listening to you"). Fluency definitely comes and goes, I myself will go a full day without stuttering, and some days feel like I can't say a single sentence without it. It comes and goes.
