I was in the Navy for 3 years, and my block stutter is pretty bad, especially under stress. Boot camp was probably the hardest time speech wise I had because of the stress and having to recite commands and stuff like that. After that though it was pretty smooth sailing, I worked in aviation so I only had to talk to my coworkers, no public speaking or stuff like that. Obviously if you're not comfortable with your speech, I would avoid any careers that involve a lot of speaking, like an air traffic controller for instance. But they will likely be accomodating to you, they're not going to bully or abuse you because of your stutter if you're worried about that
