Is my stuttering curable? So, I didn't had stuttering since birth. I started stuttering when I was around 20 years. I'm bit of an overthinker and I think some of those might have put some kind of stress in my brain... Not sure tho. I don't always stutter. It starts when I get nervous, having quarrel with someone on the phone, getting tensed, excited and that's when words start getting stuck. For example, if I have to say words like "Good One", I realize that I won't be able say it. It's getting blocked. I'm on the loop goo goo gooo gooo gooo But, if I do a loud smirk just before saying the words, I can say the words "Good One" smoothly. It's like I need some kind of motion in my tongue and mouth... Also, if I really talk slow (almost like whispering), then no words will get stuck.... Is there any online YT videos or course that can help so I can speak fluently without getting stuck?
