There are also weekly google hangouts of people who stutter: http://stuttersocial.com/faq.php Lastly, if you just want to hear more from people who have gone through the same things you have, this is a very good podcast:http://stuttertalk.com/ Check it out. It's very hard to just change things from square one, but hopefully some of these can springboard you on your journey and get you taking the right kind of action.
