Well, it sounds like you did not get the service you deserve because of the stutter. And that is not fair to you. Call back, speak with a supervisor. Or maybe just speaking with a different operator would help. Let them know you have a right to call. Her ears won't explode if she wait a few minutes for you to respond. Did the woman on the phone know that you had a stutter? Sometimes, people just do not know. Maybe she was expecting a different kind of stuttering. Anyway, if you need the info, call back.
