I live on Long Island where the local long island trash accent is common. I don't speak with it myself. But if i use it I'm way more fluent. I think its because like you said the words flow into the next without sharp pauses that can trigger a block ( at least in me). Im gona watch the video later. Thanks for sharing and you symptoms and causes seem similar to mine Also it could be because the way i talk when i use it is because you tend to cut off the end of words and string them into one. Watched the video its short like a minute or two so its not a chore to watch. Great post.
