I’m currently in speech therapy for this. Something I’ve learned just recently is when I anticipate a block I stop breathing and start holding my breath while speaking because I’m so anxious to fuck up which ultimately makes my stutter/block worse. When I focus on fluid breathing from the diaphragm I’m able to overcome the block easier.
