I enjoy the help when it comes from people I know, or if I can tell the person is being genuine in providing it. Last week I was ordering a burrito from this joint, and I never stutter on my order but did on the last syllable of bur-rit-to. The lady gave me a couple seconds and then said "burrito?" with a warm smile. It was refreshing and gave me added confidence to say the rest of my order without stuttering. YMMV
