Talking to people and telling them I am a person who stutters does help alleviate with the anxiety. But I am choosy on who I tell and depending on the situation. I find that pseudo stutter can be a good practice, for now, but I feel like sometimes I lose control on the plosive sounds (/t/, /d/, /g/, /n/). I'll keep an eye out on the pseudo stutter though.
