That's great that they didn't react! When I was in school, I used to write my teachers a letter telling them I stuttered. You could probably email them. It was structured like this: - Intro, who I am & I stutter - Overview of my type of stutter - What I need from the teacher (this is most important and you can list things like don't call on me to read, etc.) I used this technique in grade school and college. Some teachers were better about it than others but at least I said my peace. I hope this helps you!
