Big changes (new job/first job), toxic work culture (talking about people behind their backs), and putting too much pressure on yourself are all common things that can make our stutters worse. Meditation can never hurt and you find it really helpful. Just something like 10 minutes in the morning. The only thing i'd really recommend is if you do occassionally have trouble with words, don't panic. Just know that as stutterers, sometimes we stutter more and sometimes we stutter less and oftentimes there's no real explantion so just take it in stride and keep doing what you do. No one is going to notice or care nearly as much as you do.
