Female stutterer here! I would say mine is mild when I’m avoiding certain words/triggers but moderate with no adjustments on my part. I would say because I’ve always been intense about masking my stutter, none of those things were difficult for me personally (i have a pretty client facing job as well) . What has been hard is accepting myself, despite being relatively successful, i have realized that i have a border-line self hatred for my stutter and im really working hard to accept myself as best i can
