Toddler stuttering environment? My almost 3 year old recently started stuttering. It got to the point last week that he would get really upset and yell and say he has too many words. It first started started about 4 months ago the week that we brought his little brother home.. then it seemed to go away so we thought it was stress related. Then it got bad again right before Christmas. We travelled to my in laws on Xmas day and his stutter completely disappeared for the week we were there. We are back home and within 4 hours of being home his stutter returned. Do you think there is something environmental causing this or is it just coincidence that it went away? I know he’s young for an official diagnosis and it may be transient just curious if anyone has any thoughts about this.
