Anxiety exacerbates my stutter so I’m taking Lexapro which helps me a tonne! Not everyone finds SSRI meds helps their stutter, but it works for me. I still stutter/block if I get emotionally heightened, but most of the time I’m calm on the meds which indirectly helps with my fluency. I also do not ingest anything with caffeine as that exacerbated my stuttering.
