I was just going to post this but I'm glad I search before hand. It's really interesting. I haven't have a cognitive shift like that during my trips but I have noticed that the couple times I've tripped the underlying confidence issues have started to wash away. Subsequently I've become more fluent bit by bit. But, as I always mention when talking about psychedelics, set and setting are paramount. And a guide could be useful too at higher doses. What Paul did isn't a great idea for everyone.
