I'm definitely going to go to Chicago. DC was my first (and I'm 35) and it changed everything for me. I realized that I didn't have to hide or be covert, or care what others think, or worry about my future, or worry if my kids end up stuttering. I didn't even know how to react at first with all the patience people showed to me during introductions, story-telling or joke telling. I'll be rehashing the whole experience over the next few weeks at http://helloistutter.com. I took a lot of notes during each workshop -- so much great stuff, so many great comments.
