Hey man just wanted to let you know you aren't alone. I'm 19 and have had a stutter for pretty much all my life. I never talked in high school classes but was able to talk when other people were (made me feel less pressured). What helped me personally was to be overly confident. I'm not saying this works for everything but this helped me. Thinking I was going to do great helped ease my anxiety. I'm no where close to perfect and I still get really hard blocks but the way I think of it is as a test. If we are up for it we can pass it, it just takes time and effort. If you ever need anyone to talk to feel free to message me!
