Haha I know what you mean with the "panting" lol. I've been doing that and it actually helps my blocks (vs the alternative which is just a dead freeze). I've been experimenting with the deep breaths. What you can do is make the breaths more slow, deep, relaxed. If there's tension on the deep breath it's kind of obvious.
