im 25 and literally this exact thing has happened, went to speech therapy like late late last year to January this year literally wasnt stuttering like 90% of the time, got better, then recently its gotten bad like i dont even want to talk bad. Tryna break the mental part of the stutter, because when i drink IM A YAPPER (only drank 3 times and that was all 2 years ago)
